Impact

  • Built and lead an onsite design team in Australia to modernize Westpac’s banking experience (resulting in multiple awards, including the Good Design Award)

  • Lead multiple research projects including Gen Y, Small Business and Mobile Banking

  • Modernized the eBill signup process driving a 120% increase in activations and a revenue increase of 8%

  • Modernized UI for Online Advantage (OLA) product, winning Best in Show at Finovate

  • Lead early design efforts for remote deposit capture (ie mobile check deposit)

  • Authored three patents, all of which were issued
