A Note from Susan Dickerson, Chief Operations Officer

When Joseph first started talking to me in April about the idea that became UXcelerator.ai, I knew immediately that it wasn’t just another tech startup — it was something more personal for him. It was a reflection of the way he (and so many) think about design, collaboration, and the people who make digital experiences possible.

So when he asked me to help out as Chief Operations Officer, I didn’t hesitate. Because like Joe I believe deeply in what UXcelerator represents: empowering creative professionals with smart tools that make their work more focused, more efficient, and ultimately more human.

Why UXcelerator.ai Matters

Behind every great product or service is a team of people trying to balance creativity with deadlines, strategy with execution. Through Joe, I’ve seen how hard that balance can be — how designers, researchers, and product teams often juggle ten things at once, all while trying to stay inspired and aligned.

UXcelerator.ai was built to help with exactly that challenge. It gives designers something all of us need more of: time — time to think, time to create, time to collaborate. The 20+ AI agents on the platform aren’t about replacing designers; they’re about supporting them. Handling the busywork so you can focus on what you do best — solving problems beautifully.

My Hopes for the Platform

My focus is on making UXcelerator.ai not just a great product, but a great experience — one that’s reliable, accessible, and built around the needs of our growing community. I want every subscriber, whether they’re an independent designer or part of a global product team, to feel like they’re part of something bigger: a movement toward smarter, empowered design work.

In the months ahead, we’ll continue to add new AI agents, publish case studies, and share success stories from the incredible people using UXcelerator.ai.
